Call for Faculty: Brazil PLACES Opportunity

In Blog, Connected Learning, Learning in the World

The Tang Institute has put out a call for faculty participants in an upcoming opportunity in the Learning in the World program, Brazil PLACES. This interdisciplinary, experiential education summer program, led by Flavia Vidal, is on hiatus this summer. In place of the student portion, Vidal and Peter Cirelli will be spending a week at the SESC School in Brazil, meeting with the teachers and students who have been at the heart of this multi-year partnership and exchange. They would like to invite three to four faculty colleagues—who are potentially interested in teaching in the program in Summer 2017 or in designing their own LITW program—to  join them. Travel will take place at the end of July and into early August 2016. If interested, please email Flavia Vidal:
