Sebene Selassie to visit campus

We look forward to welcoming meditation and mindfulness instructor Sebene Selassie to campus April 17 and April 18, 2020. During her time with us, Sebene will lead a evening discussion on Friday and a daylong mindfulness workshop on Saturday.

Sebene is a graduate of the Community Dharma Leaders Program at Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Woodacre, CA and of the Professional Coaching Course training program at New Ventures West. Formally the Executive Director of New York Insight Meditation Center, Sebene mentors and coaches people from around the world, teaches classes and retreats regularly across the U.S., and is a meditation teacher on the 10% Happier app.
