We hope you will join us for two upcoming opportunities for community and connection. As part of our ongoing Mindfulness Speaker Series, mindfulness instructor Alexis Santos will offer virtual sessions on Friday, November 6, from 78:00 p.m. ET and Saturday, November 7, from 15:00 p.m. ET. Friday evening will be an opportunity to hear from Alexis and explore how to be more present and aware amidst challenge and uncertainty. Saturday’s session will take the form of a virtual workshop; Alexis will guide us through a variety of mindfulness practices and offer time for full group conversation and self-reflection. Friday and Saturday’s events will both take place on Zoom; registrants will receive the Zoom link and passcode 24 hours ahead of each event.
